This has always and will continue to be my authentic journey! And I’m going to let you in on a big secret...this guide is everything I wish I had known before starting at a gym!
When I first started at my gym (Planet Fitness) I would spend 30 minutes or less on the treadmill before leaving. Sometimes I would mess around with the leg press machine, but more often than not, I had no idea what I was doing.
My goal has always and WILL always continue to be helping women who a) don’t have a lot of income and b) who want to feel like their best self inside and out.
